Enigma is a tower of apartments currently under construction, located on a developing area in the city of Puebla, Mexico, the tower accommodates ten apartments in seven floors meant for the particular lifestyle of young professionals.

The first floors consist of 2 apartments on each floor and the following floors have duplex apartments in which a double height is handled. The apartments ranging from 112 to 294 square meters, have functional and good sized spaces so that each client and his guests feel comfortable. The smaller apartments have a living room, a dining room, a half bathroom, a kitchen, a service yard, two bedrooms one is a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, and the second one is for family or guests with bathroom too. The medium ones has everything mentioned above plus another bedroom with bathroom. Finally the larges ones have the above mentioned, but the living room and dining room has double height and has a terrace. These terraces are perceived as outdoor rooms and an abundance of natural light for each apartment.

The tower has an underground garage with capacity for twelve cars where also is the machine room and a cellar. On the ground level there is a parking for eight cars and a lobby that gives access to the building. In the seventh and last level there is a roof garden and a common area. The roof garden and the terraces offer a good view from the upper levels.

Inspired by the concept of ‘sculpture’, the volumetric shape of Enigma looks for unification. This residential building has a height of 25.60 meters, was designed to capture a visual attention from the outside by allocating four different  volumes on its facade, each volume varies on its height and material cover with the objective to transmit diversity and a visually appealing finish. Situation that is resumed in the name of the project. Some finishes used in the volumes are walls lined with concrete, glass and calacatta stone that gives a feeling of amplitude.

The interior materials were selected in order to obtain a luxury atmosphere able to motivate young professionals to live comfortable and work properly. A combination of intense colors, textures and patterns were meticulous selected for obtaining interesting spaces for relaxation and productiveness. Finishes that emphasize the contemporary design when playing with geometric figures and achieve a balance in its construction.
