Duravit worked with designer Christian Werner to create Brioso, a versatile furniture series with light, geometric lines for bathrooms with their own style. The series can easily be combined with other series, including Vero Air, P3 Comforts, ME by Starck, Starck 3 and D-Code. The Brioso look is characterized by slender cabinet frames that form the edges of the furniture, mirrors, and mirror cabinets. Extensive size and finishing options are flanked by remarkably favorable price/quality ratios. The vanity units come in five size options, from 400 to 1,300 mm, with an asymmetric and semi-open solution, depending on a client’s tastes and needs. The universal consoles are available in two thicknesses, 30 and 45 mm, two depths and individual widths. They can be combined with 30 to 80 cm wall-mounted vanity units, while the matching units are 62 to 100 cm. Each unit can have a drawer or two cassettes, while the tall and semi-tall cabinets are 420 or 520 mm wide, with additional space for placing items. Brioso has 15 bilaminate finishes, including new tones such as matt Light Blue and matt Concrete Gray, and a linen-look decor. The handles and feet are available in the colors of the furniture, if uniformity is the order of the day, or in chrome, for a color and material contrast. The mirrors and mirror cabinets have a 60 mm-wide, 300 lux-strong LED edging light at the top. The wash area lighting, dimmer function, and mirror heating are regulated using a contact-free sensor. Combining the Vero Air washbasin, available as a c-bonded version, with the Brioso vanity unit creates a very appealing solution. A complex, patented process is used to seamlessly connect the furniture washbasin to the vanity unit, forming an exceptional piece.
